Our Returns Policy

When purchasing a product from Jagger and Wolf, we hope you are 100% happy with your purchase. However in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied please contact us in writing via email info@jaggerandwolf.com.au within 3 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reasons why you are unhappy with your product.

Once we have received your email, we will advise to return your product to Jagger and Wolf.

All products returned to Jagger and Wolf for an exchange or credit code must be as purchased, intact and in exact condition as received. Products must not be damaged, used, altered or washed. Jagger and Wolf reserves the right not to accept an exchange or refund if this is not proved to be the case. Once approved and returned acceptable for resale the product will then be exchanged or the amount transferred to a credit code for the value of the product.

- Refunds are only available for faulty products.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- No returns policy on all sale items including promotional discounts and our discount codes/Credit codes.

Shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer. The cost of sending a replacement or new purchase via a credit code is also at the customer’s expense. Please note that all credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Moroccan homewares - Jagger and Wolf source high quality handmade and one of a kind pieces from Morocco. Vintage pieces may show signs of age and wear such as, repaired tears, fading, and slight imperfections, which we feel add to the unique beauty and story behind each valuable vintage piece. All Jagger and Wolf Moroccan collections are delicate handmade item and should be treated accordingly.

Pre Orders

Once your pre-order is made we cannot offer a refund as each item is made to order. 

Moroccan Rugs

We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our vintage moroccan rugs.

Faulty or Damaged product

In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please advise us in writing at info@jaggerandwolf.com.au within 3 business days from the date of delivery.

Once we have received your email and approved the return, we will notify you via email to return your product to Jagger and Wolf. Any Shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer.

Once we have received the product and we have deemed accepted, we will notify you via email. You will then be entitled to a refund/exchange or credit code. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by your original payment method.
