Jagger and Wolf source high quality handmade and one of a kind pieces from around the world. Vintage pieces may show signs of age and wear such as, repaired tears, fading, and slight imperfections, which we feel add to the unique beauty and story behind each valuable vintage piece. All Jagger and Wolf Moroccan collections are delicate handmade item and should be treated accordingly. 

Please note, while every effort has been made to ensure our products/colours are represented accurately, different colour calibrations of each system can impact your screen reproduction.

- Refunds are only available for faulty products.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Strict No returns policy on all sale items including promotional discounts and our discount codes/Credit codes.

Shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer. The cost of sending a replacement or new purchase via a credit code is also at the customer’s expense. Please note that all credit codes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

All sales are final, strictly no returns of refunds on this product. Santorini's high quality commercial grade LED Halo light is water resident and is built to last a lifetime however we do offer a 12 months warranty on the LED for your piece of mind.

Care

Every piece is hand sculpted to order using high quality materials. Your Santorini Arch is one-of-a-kind, no two will ever be the same, making yours especially unique to you. As each mirror is hand made, on the rare occasion hairline cracks (whilst minimal) may appear, we encourage you to embrace these as part of the Santorini character.
