Vintage Turkish Oushak - Blue Bloom

A beautifully timeworn vintage Turkish Oushak, Blue Bloom is washed in soft, sun-faded tones of warm ivory, sand and muted taupe, with delicate touches of powder blue and turquoise woven throughout.

Hand-knotted in Anatolia in the 1950s, the rug features an intricate floral medallion framed by trailing botanical motifs and a softly detailed border. Decades of natural wear have gently faded the original colours, creating its dreamy, almost washed-watercolour finish and distinctive vintage character.

The low, even pile and subtle blue detailing give Blue Bloom an understated sense of luxury. Its quiet palette makes it particularly beautiful in a bedroom, living space or light-filled interior, adding colour without overwhelming the room.
